Old Granny Shopping Trolley

I was just at my local supermarket with the girls.  I had to get milk, potaotes and a few other things.  I saw beans at a bargain price and had to put them back when I realised it would all be too heavy as I didn’t bring the pushchair.  I was pushing stella on a her trike which thankfully has a wee boot thing on it, that’s where I put the potatoes and milk.  I have decided I need one of these:

This is what my life has come to!!

Facebook Cold Turkey

Weird, Just wrote loads and it posted completely blank!!!  Grrr

Anyway, take two:

I realised I was on Facebook way more than what I would consider an acceptable level.  I was commenting on photos about 3 seconds after they were uploaded.  I really like Facebook, it has a purpose and is really good for knowing what everyone’s up to and keeping in touch with people you would otherwise not see from one year to the next but still consider close.

I have set myself a challenge not to go back onto Facebook until at least Saturday, this will automatically appear on Facebook but I’m not counting that as cheating and it’s my rules!

It’s not even 4 hours yet and I’m already suffering from withdrawals!  I feel rude for not replying to comments but I’m not giving in.  In the meantime you can catch me on here, it’s not as interactive or as immediate as FB but it’s all I’ve got til Saturday.

What do you Google?

What do you Google every day?

I want a caravan and check out what’s available every day.  It’s not even as if I have any intention of buying one any time soon, it’s in the “One Day” plan.  It’ll probably be at least 5 years before we get one but  I(we)’ve fantasized it right down to minor details.

I thought I’d have started bugging myself by now but I’m still really enjoying it and it’s all harmless fun-like planking but that’s a whole other post!  In today’s prices it costs at least 11k for a static caravan that you would be seen dead in so it’s a pretty big expenditure, yet to get a tourer (I know the lingo) you’d be looking at £1,100 for the same or higher standard, go up to £1,500 – £2,000 and you have near luxury.  So the plan is…buy a tourer and pitch on a site for the season.  I even know what layout I want in my van.  The only thing I haven’t worked out is what site to put it on but we could spend the first year finding out which one we like best.

Anyway I know it is pretty sad but for the price of the caravan and about £1500 a year we could go away as often as we like between Easter and October, how can that be bad?

What silly thing do you Google every day?
